I was just thinking about how people tend to name twins with similiar names whether it comes to initials, sounds, themes, etc. I began to think how people here would name multiples if:

They had multiples in which the word had the same letters as the number of multiples (i.e. octuplet = 8 letters and 8 kids) and only used the letters in the word as the first letter of the name?
What would you do with these?

QUINT
OCTUPLET
NONTUPLET
HENDECUPLET

Hopefully, no one has this many kids at once as its really detrimental to mother and baby, but just for the sake of an interesting name sort of game I think it works.

If it doesn't make sense to you, I will post with my examples.
