The only name I dislike from your list is Alfred. For me, it's still stuck in the Batcave and in the pages of MAD Magazine.

I have a one-year-old nephew named Walter. I always thought it was okay (it was our grandfather's name, so there was a sentimental connection), but I absolutely love it now. It is so adorable on a kid, all sturdy and manly, but cozy like a teddy bear at the same time, and it opens up the possibility of Walt as an awesome nickname.

If I ranked them by preference:
Walter
Linus
Paul
Louis
Albert
Arthur
Alfred
