My interests come in cycles, and names are no different. I'm getting interested again after a period of disinterest in winter.
I have a PNL, but I rarely vote on others. Same with combos -- I'll respond to topics posted by others if they need feedback on a particular combo, but I rarely construct them on my own. I suppose it's because I don't plan on having children, so it's simply not the number one concern for me.
I don't think forgetting names in real life is indicative of a non-namenerd, however. I've always been terrible when it comes to remembering names!
