Margot Anais sounds sophisticated, while Meg is very down-to-earth. I think it balances out nicely.
I love Margot, especially when spelled Margo. Anais is pretty as well, but I imagine that it would be mispronounced on a frequent basis. As a middle name, that's less of an issue, though.
