I think it's a sophisticated combo, if somewhat chilly. I love both Margo(t) and Meg. While I don't love Anais, I think it works well as a middle name.

Meg is one of my favorite Margaret nicknames, but I don't love it as a nickname for Margot, perhaps because Margot doesn't share the "eh" sound found in Meg and at the end of Margaret, or perhaps because I prefer Margot nicknameless. That said, Margot nn Meg works well enough, and I think friendly, approachable Meg adds a lot of warmth to the combo.
