In my high school, we had 5 girls out of about 1,500 students in total called Sarah Bailey. Two of them were in my grade and they were both Sarah (same super common filler mn) Bailey. I only include the full name because it is so generic, I don't think there will be a problem. I had at least one of the Sarahs in my class multiple times throughout high school and it definitely got confusing when Sarah Bailey was called over the loud speaker and they had no idea if it was them or not.
