When I first saw the title of your thread, I immediately thought of pose-y, as in poses. It's not one of my favorite names, but it's okay. It might work as a nickname for Penelope or Primrose maybe. Also, you could spell it Poesy. I like that spelling better, and it's a name for poetry, which is really nice.
