Yeah, I like the idea of a variant of Jane, maybe Sioned, Siobhan or Sinead but as of yet I don't quite love any enough to use one.

Sian is a nice idea but it feels a little dated to me. It was relatively popular at one point (particularly common where I lived) so I went to school with quite a few.
