More about it here: Stefica. It's pronounced 'SHTE-fee-tzah.
She was named after her father Stjepan, after a neighbour used Nada (a name they'd chosen earlier).
I'd never use it, we all dislike it (my mother included). It's used as a stereotypical name in jokes for women from my area.
I love Nada, but since it's also my aunt's name (Dad's sister), I guess it's good she wasn't a Nada.
