What is your definition of "timeless"? Mine is "Not restricted to any particular time." Based upon that, I wouldn't classify Victoria as timeless. Much as I'd like to, because it's my very favorite girls' name and it's what I named my daughter. I know it's very old. But it can be restricted to a time, certainly. It wasn't used for centuries in English-speaking countries. You never read about an Englishwoman named Victoria who was living in the sixteenth century. It's just not timeless.

Based upon that definition, of your list, I only find Elizabeth and Catherine timeless. The others have had too big dips in popularity to qualify. Mary was timeless for a long time, but its time has finally gone. Same for Jane.

Timeless doesn't mean "very old" to me. I find few names timeless.
