I have a friend with a 3 year old Eloise and have seen it on a few other girls younger than that on Babycenter... also I occasionally check the name board there where people are naming real babies and have seen Eloise pop up here and there. It's probably another slow climber like Genevieve!

I have a friend with a 3 year old Evelyn too. And this is funny, my brother and SIL have friends with a 4 year old Evelyn and a 1 year old Rosalie... my grandmother is Evelyn and her younger sister is Rosalie. Ha, and both names are "cool" now.
