No, I don't think Noah is a trendy name. A trendy name to me is Aidan, Brayden, Jayden, Harper, Mackenzie, Madison, etc. Noah is Biblical and has a bit more substance.

Oh, and for what it's worth, I think it's lovely. Sure, it might be popular, but I highly doubt there will be eight other kids named Noah in his class. There might be one or two, but that's manageable; I myself have a name that was popular for my age group and knew two other girls with the name, but it wasn't a big deal. I still liked it, and I knew my parents chose it because they thought it was beautiful. That was enough for me.
