I don't like or dislike the name Indiana. I just wouldn't use it personally. It's too 'modern' for me.

These are the combos I think sound/fit the best:

Indiana Lily
Indiana Suvi
Indiana Willow
Indiana Sage
Indiana Hazel
Indiana Hope

From the boys list I like:

Theodore "Theo" - handsome, strong, 'classy' name
Atticus - would not normally list this, however today I'm finding it quirky and refreshing!
Sebastian - ditto Theodore
Ash - a bit too nicknamey, prefer Ashley or Asher
Hugo - short, unusual but handsome
Vaughn - ditto

The rest are too insubstantial, trendy or dated in my opinion.
