All the dance classes from the School for the Arts where my daughter took pre-ballet lessons this spring came together to put on a production of "Wizard of Oz: The Ballet." With a few exceptions, this name list represents girls from mostly middle to upper-middle class American households and ages range from 3 to 18 (I will try to list approximate age groups and will note boys so nobody thinks there's a little girl named William!)
