I think Brenna is the perfect compromise here.... Just a letter off from Breanna but LOADS classier, imo. Rosemary Brenna would be nice :) I dislike Paige also but I think it works fine as MN and isn't nearly as trendy sounding as Breanna. My aunt's MN is Paige and she's in her 50s.

Other suggestions to reflect Breanna/Bree

Aubrey
Gabrielle
Anna
Bridget (it's a stretch but it's sort of a smoosh of Breanna and Paige, right?)
Breeshey
Rhiannon
Adele (?? Since both Brian and Adele mean "noble" ?)
