Gianna is #10 in Connecticut. I guess it is used often by people of Italian descent. It is also very popular in Italy. I hope they pronounce it the Italian way (kind of like DJAHNN-na. I don't really like jee-AH-na or jee-ANN-a). Camila seems to be very popular in states in which many people of Spanish descent (or in general from Spanish speaking countries, South America etc). It is #11 in a state, I forgot which one, see my reply to this thread below.
