Why? I personally would rather use Nevaeh than Frances. Don't get me wrong, I hate Nevaeh but I dislike Frances even more due to personal associations. Also if you didn't know Nevaeh was 'heaven spelled backwards' (ugh) it would sound kind of nice. When I first saw it I actually thought it was Biblical. Reminded me of Neriah and similar names.
