I love Olive, and I love Clare too, but I'm not sure how I feel about them together. Olive is an individual, a quirky spitfire of a girl, and Clare is quiet, docile, and pretty. Maybe, Olive Beatrix or Lydia Olive or Olive Augusta could work. Olive just needs something with a bit more pep than Clare, and Clare needs some more embellishment (Miriam Clare, Clare Annabel, Ophelia Clare, Genevieve Clare, etc.).
