I know one Ivan, and it's a name I see occasionally in local BAs. For 2011, it's #70 for my state. I've known a couple Ians. The one Ira I know is male and about 90 years old. From the girl list, I know one young Iris. I know an Irina, rather than Irena, and an Inez, rather than Ines.

I'd use Iris and, possibly, Irina. I like Ines/Inez, too, but not enough to consider using.

Edited because I'm tired and misunderstood...

In addition to the I names mentioned above, I know a couple Isabelles/Isabellas, 2 Isaacs, an Isaiah, an Irfan, and an Ilene. I used to know an Ivy and an Iliana.
