From your list:

Ivan: I knew of one, a friend of a friend. He pronounced it EE-vahn.

Igor: A friend of the same friend. He pronounced it ee-gur, like the work eager.

Ian: My son had a childhood friend with this name. He would be around 35 now.

Otherwise, the only I names for people I have known, that I can think of right now, would be:

Izola: A co-worker.

Irene: Co-worker.

I'm sure I've known others over the years, though.

By the way, I am in the U.S.
