James - nice but very popular
Adam - a little dated
Theodore - not bad
Rowan - I like it on a girl. It only makes me think of Mr Bean on a guy
Arthur - not bad
Quentin - Tarantino, very much a one person's name like Madonna or Rihanna
Winston - wimpy
Stuart - kind of cool in a retro way

I would definitely pick James even though it is too common. I think my next choice would be Stuart. It's so dated and nerdy it's cool.

Rose - filler middle name but nice
Lilian - I like it much better than Lillian but Lily-names are overdone and this is coming from someone who has a Lily-name
Rosemary - I much prefer Mary Rose. It's ok
Adara - not bad
Lydia - going to be overused soon and the sound isn't that nice
Josephine - never liked this
Ada - love it
Felicity - ok
Zelda - creepy woman in Pet Sematary (movie, and yes they spell the title this way)
Wilhelmina - too much

Ada for a girl.

So my choices are Ada and James. Oh and I like Stuart a lot too.
