I'd go with either Stuart Joseph Morris or Arthur Joseph Morris, and for a girl Rose Josephine Mary or Zelda Josephine Mary.
I also like James but not the alliteration of James Joseph. I like Ada but it's perhaps too similar to the trendy Ad- names like Addison, and I like Wilhelmina but I think it's too long next to Josephine.
