Adriana- The pronunciation was a mix of those two actually- Ay-dree-ah-nuh Not sure how the mom spelled it, so I just picked the least elaborate version.

Essence- yes only heard not seen written, one can only hope it was spelled right.

Aidan- I hope this is the spelling, but I only heard it. I love this name, but not only is it popular/trendy but it also has sparked a deluge of similar sounding names, making it unusable. Who would have thought that a early medieval Irish saint, less known than Patrick, Bridget or even Kevin (or Brendan the Voyager for that matter) would be the name catalyst for thousands of 21st cent Americans! (end rant)

I guess the subject was a bit misleading :) I should have put "playground name hearings" or something :P
