Great names. I don't think Thomas' popularity is dismaying since it's a classic. I love the nickname Tommy.

I like:
Anneliese "Annie" - LOVE Annie
Caroline - I pronounce this like Carolyn and like it better than way.
Esther
Isabel - for some reason this is monumentally better than Isabella
Julia
Katharine "Kit" - prefer Catherine but Kit is a cute nickname
Lily
Mary
Matilda
Miriam
Rosemary "Rosie" / "Romy" - love Romy
Susannah "Zanna" - I'd probably use Sunny as an occasional nickanme
Theresa "Tess" / "Tessa" - I like Theresa, tend to like Resa more as a nn

Asher - The Giver made me love this name, don't know if I'd use it though
August "Gus" - prefer Augustus, but I like August too
Charlie - only as a nn for Charles
Clement - mn only for me, but I like it
Dominic
Henry
Joseph "Joe" - I like Joey, still working on liking Joe
Julian
Rowan
Thomas
William "Will" - I would definitely use William nn Will
