I don't tend toward creating alliterative combos, but I don't mind them either. It depends on the letter and the names. I do think, though, that 3 names in a row is too much. Both of your example could be silly characters in a children's book.

Iris Isadora would be okay.
Mathilda Marilyn is quite nice.
