My favourites:

*Susannah (almost a tie with Elizabeth) - It's beautiful, not common, and it has my beloved anna in it. I love the meaning too.
*Samuel (I also love Nathaniel, it was very close) - It's been a favourite of mine for years. Dh doesn't like it or else I'd use it in a heart beat.

My least favourites:

*Keturah: Just not as lovely as your other names. It's not feminine enough for me. :)
*Asa: I know it's a male name, but I once knew a girl named Asa, and it sounds terribly feminine to me now.

:)
