I don't like Mark at all, it reminds me of a mark as in a speck of dirt or something, and sounds harsh like 'bark.' Plus I have a personal negative association with the name. I like Marco and Marko though.

Paul I do like, it's simple and classic, although it's probably considered a bit dated where I live as it was used so much in the 60s, 70s and 80s. It's not really popular on babies / children anymore.
