...that you mention the flow is off for you with middle names beginning in vowels. For me, the Ivy and Annabel combos are two of the ones I like best and I don't have any difficulty flowing right through when I say them aloud. Even with the two "a"s right next to each in Emilia Annabel, I'm not bothered, since the end of Emilia is an "uh" sound and the beginning of Annabel is a short "a" like "apple". Are you pronouncing Annabel with a an "ah" sound like "awesome"?
