Some of the less common 'A' names I like a lot are Ace, Abram, Ansel, Anselm, Arlo, Archer and Aramis. Artair and Audamar are relatively new to me and I find them intriguing. I like many of the popular/traditional 'A' names as well.

As far as what I'd use with Thomas and Theodore, how about...

Thomas Anthony
Thomas Alexander
Thomas Artair

Theodore Alan
Theodore Ansel
Theodore Andreas
