Katherine Viola (VIE-uh-luh)
Stella Dorothy (mn = nearly 3 syllables the way I say it)
Elisabeth Anwen
Camille Evelyn or Camille Brooke

Gwendolen Ivy or Dorinda Ivy
Liv Sofia or Irene Sofia (I seem to want "peace" with "wisdom")

Also, WDYTO:
Stella Katherine - lovely
Stella Ivy - okay, but the flow isn't as nice
Stella Camille - okay; I think Estelle Camille *might* work slightly better because of where the stress falls and because the beginning sound of Estelle feels softer, when juxtaposed with Camille's hard "c", than does the beginning sound of Stella.
Elisabeth Ivy - gorgeous!
