I'm not a big fan. I don't think they go that well together. Caleb sticks out like a sore thumb for me. I think it's too modern-feeling (yeah I know) and trendy. At least it is where I live, because Caleb hasn't really been used here before and now there's Kaylebs and Kalebs running around as well. So that's my impression of the name.
Talitha and Martha... I love them both individually but would rather not see them in the same sibset.
