Josephine Lilian Maude is speaking to me the clearest. Plus, I think it would sound better with your surname than Josephine Mary Lilian, lovely as she is.
Perhaps it's the Joseph / Mary thing. Perhaps I'm just more drawn to underdogs like Maude at the moment. Whatever the reason, Josephine Lilian Maude gets my vote.
