Eh, I tend to not mention my favorite "middle of the road" names that often because I'm selfish and I'd like them to stay out of the "popular and safe" category :) Don't want to go start a wildfire of love for the name Greta because
I love Greta and no one else is allowed to have it :P It's the same reason I rarely mention my favorites when people ask for suggestions. Plus, I already know how most people are going to react to names like Jasper and Bianca. It's names like Tarquin and Anemone that people tend to have the most interesting opinions about.
fwiw I made a post recently regarding my "alternate 20 top" which consisted mostly of names I like seeing on other people or wouldn't mind being named myself, but couldn't actually see using myself, and I tried to choose mostly names that I actually COULD see other people using - ones that weren't uber popular but not crazy out there either
