I like Susanna, but I think that Anna and Susanna are too close for sisters even though you are pronouncing the end of Susanna differently than Anna. You could use one as a middle name and one as a first name, though. That would be fine.

I personally don't care for Susie. It might come back into style, but probably not really soon. It being dated doesn't bother me really. It's the sound of it that I don't particularly like.
