Amen, sister. Being a namenerd and an Ann myself, the repetitive meaning of Anna Grace / Hannah Grace has always bugged me too. I was born in 1964 and first found out the meaning of my name in the back of the family Bible. My mother thought I was religious for a first grader, but really I was studying the saint names and their meanings. Another one that bugs me is Nancy Ann. Not many people realize Nancy is a pet name for Ann / Anne / Anna. But it hits close to home for me so it's been on my radar for a while.

Is being a namenerd a blessing or a curse? I suppose it's why I've deliberately not acquired a taste for fine wine. Cheap boxed wine is still good with me!
