Maybe this will help...

Audra is similar to Audrey, which is well-known and popular, so it doesn't seem that out there even though it is an uncommon name.

Even though Theodora isn't popular, it is also well-known, and if she is called Thea most of the time, her name won't stand out too much since two syllable names are "in" for girls these days. Thea is close to Leah and Mia, which are popular.
