I like Nora and the "-line" pronunciation of Madeline, but don't know if that's what you intend. The combination sounds nice either way, really. Madeline has never been a favorite. I don't always get colors but, for me, Nora is lush green and Madeline is very red. I imagine both as intelligent and "bookish".
