Diego is awesome, and Go Diego Go is a neat association for a little kid (and way cooler than his cousin Dora.) He'd probably be thrilled to get stuff with his name on it.
I just can't get myself to like Jonathan sorry. Such a person-my-parents-age name.
Diego fits way better and is just all around cool.
Why not Diego Jonathan? Flows well.
