I have a cousin named Kenley (this was a little before Kenley became a trendy girl name and my cousin's parents had never heard it before). They came up with his name by combining his grandfather's name and his mother's maiden name. Kenneth and Oakley became Kenley. I have another cousin whose middle name is his mom's maiden name Aitken.
