Lydia is faultless.

Merida is in a category of GP names beginning with M that I keep close to my heart. I'm half disgusted and half thrilled that they used it for that movie, and I really hope that it becomes popular. Even if it takes 20 more years. SO much cooler than Madison or Brooklyn or Serenity and the likes. IMO

Jace ... meh. It's not awful. Sounds sort of cowgirlish.

Astrid - is a neat name in person. There's nothing really bad about it, and it's unusual and striking. I personally don't think it's very pleasant though.

Miriam sounds like a sourpuss to me.

Phoebe is bouncy and happy sounding. Nms but I think it's fine. It doesn't bother me that people say it sounds like feeble. That connection hasn't stuck, for me.

Gemma is a favorite of mine. I know it is one of those names that will be dated like Donna or Megan but I still think it's wondrous. It reminds me of buds, like Chloe only more warm. I never remember that it sounds like Emma (unless I'm sitting around thinking about it like I am now).

Aella reminds me of aioli ... it should be food. I want to say "I yella." I guess it would be nice in real life, though. Just a bit difficult.

Ariana sort of bores me, doesn't seem very substantial. But it's a nice name.
