I think Humblebee, Elena, Noni and Malin all have it right.

Isabeau is pretty awesome, most importantly you love it.

This is your child, go with your favourite not someone elses preferance, this is all about what you and DH want her name to be. Mn's are exactly the right place for a crush name thats dear to your heart, and if you've liked it for years you might have more chance being happy about it for years to come, at least you can say, i gave you that name because i loved it.
