I really like it. Really the only major downside I see is that the natural nickname would be Clem, which I think is awful. I would try to use Cleo instead to avoid that. This name always reminds me of the character in one of my favorite movies, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, so I have a pretty strong association with it.
