Some comments...
Cara - lovely; I prefer this pronounced to rhyme with "care" rather than "car"
Carlina - is this meant to be Carolina? If so, it's lovely. If not, I don't care for it
November - as a middle name, I think this is fine; "Nova" brings the car and "no go" to mind
Simon - very handsome on a boy
Anastasia - always feels "cold" to me, but a nice enough name
Glennice - don't care for this, but I enjoy Glynis, Glenys, Glenda, Glenna
Brian - handsome on a boy; would have been my brother's name if I'd had one
Apolla - hmm, where Apollo seems fine for a boy, I'm getting "appalled" from Apolla
