I pronounce the -anna and -ana endings slightly differently: Lilianna, etc. as lil-ee-ANN-uh, and Liliana, etc. as lil-ee-AH-nuh. Both are pretty, but I prefer the look and sound of Liliana. It's been in my top 5 for as long as I can remember!
Since it's rather long and frilly, I think it pairs best with shorter or classic middle names:
Liliana Grace- I would use Lily Grace as a nn
Liliana Claire- I would use Lily Claire as a nn
Liliana Catherine
Liliana Maeve
Liliana Mary/ Maren
Liliana Kate
Liliana Joyce
Liliana Margaret- a little long, but very elegant
