I'd think her parents had seen the film about Georgiana, Duchess of Devonshire and/or that they are Daily Telegraph readers. I'd think they'd made a fine if rather too fussy choice, an over-elaborate Georgina - and I'd also wonder how people on reading her name would pronounce it, since I'm flummoxed on that score.
