I don't really care for it, but I never have. I had a friend who said it was her favorite name but that was before we got into Death Note, so I don't know how she feels about it now. (BTW: Kira = Killer, because l and r make the same sound in Japanese).

I guess I'd prefer Keira, it looks more complete.

If you're aiming for KEE-ra, I'd mispronounce most of these.

Kira = Kee-ra
Keria - Kee-ra, or Keer-a, if you can get the difference there.
Kyra = Kai-ra
Kirra = Keer-a
Kiera = Kee-air-ah
Ciara = See-ar-ah
