Love Josephine, particularly with the nn Josie. Penelope is a favorite, I think it's sweet but still formal and sophisticated-sounding.

I'm not a fan if either Alisdair or Cato, sorry. I've always found Alisdair/Alistair to be too stuffy to be useable. Cato is interesting, but not really my style.
