Re: 3 girls names

Isla is nice, but not my style. It just feels a little unsubstantial to me.
Elle is fine. I prefer it as a nickname, as I think it'd personally prefer to have more options with my name, Elle is already so short and nicknamey already that there is no where to go really. Eleanor, Ellen, Elizabeth etc. nickname Elle would be better.
I would not pronounce Layne Lay-nee. That pronunciation doesn't really make sense for this spelling, Layne would be pronounced the same as "lane". I also am not all that fond of Layne, it is wordy, and much more masculine than feminine to me. I think Laney or Lainey (which is how I would spell LAY-nee) are nice nicknames for Elaine/Elaina.
