Rosemary followed by Rosemarie - I slightly prefer Rosemarie (reruns of the Dick Van Dyke Show!) but Rosemary fits Romy better.
I knew an elderly lady from Vienna called Roma but I suppose this is not a contender.

Romy would work on Rosamond or Rosamund - I like Rosamond
