I'm used to Romy being a traditional nn for Rosemary / Rosemarie. So that's my go-to choice. But I'm also loving it as a nn for Romola, which I pronounce with a short "o" at the beginning. But that wouldn't stop me from using Romy with a long "o" as a nn for it.Ramona works well too. :-)
